| The last foreign war in 2041 certainly proved to be a costly victory. The contamination of the ground atmosphere, and the devastating climate change that followed affected everyone. Although many tried to leave Earth and colonize other planets, it was self-sufficient, self-sufficient city successfully built there on the ground and prospered under dangerous toxic atmosphere surrounding our home world. Mega-Primus has already become a major historical achievement. Unfortunately, the last four years there has a convenient, inexpensive way of life rapidly deteriorate. The social and physical fabric of our society has fallen into alarming rate, sociologists until now could not explain the cause of the decline. Statistics clearly show increased physical and cyberspace violence, family breakdowns, crime, ethnic problems and strange cult group involvement. The ongoing mass immigration is a growing concern for all other citizens as each day passes. Losses in tax revenue limits of the city the ability to manage incidents, and emergency services can not do anything more than a Firefight existing problems. If we do not treat the cause of the problem, social collapse seems to be a very real possibility!
